Organist of the City of Edinburgh Churches; one of the leading authorities on the Scottish organ tradition.
His work encompasses the performance and study of historical repertoire, engagement with archival sources, and the reconstruction of historical performance practices. He is widely respected for his contribution to organ scholarship, education, and the preservation of Scotland’s musical heritage.

Piano Jury

  • Gary Steigerwalt (USA)
American pianist and educator, widely recognised for his commitment to piano pedagogy and performance. He is dedicated to promoting the music of Helen Hopekirk and has been actively involved in educational and performance projects related to her legacy.

  • Dana Muller (USA)
American pianist and educator with extensive experience in teaching and performance. Her work is closely connected with the study and promotion of Helen Hopekirk’s music, and she regularly collaborates on projects highlighting the contribution of women composers.


Organ Jury

  • Tatiana Konina (Ireland) — internationally experienced organist, choir director, and educator based in Bray, Ireland, with extensive performance and pedagogy experience across Europe and Russia. A graduate of the Moscow State Conservatory and former intern at the Royal Academy of Music in London, she brings valuable expertise in both solo and choral-organ repertoire and teaching practice.
